Richard Barnard (GOALKEEPER) D.O.B. 27.12.1980. At 28, Richard has a wealth of experience which has already proved beneficial to Robins young team. A Highly-rated goalkeeper who joined Aldershot Town in June 2003 from Maidenhead United following the Shots' promotion to the Nationwide Conference. He began his career with Millwall before signing for the Magpies in the summer of 2000. Signed in March 08. |

Ismeal Ehui (FORWARD) DOB: 10/12/86. Fulham Academy player Ismael is a striker who is originally from Paris but he moved over to London with his parents and our scouts in North London picked him up. He has great potential as a forward, excellent technique with both his left and right foot and in the air and has a good turn of pace. Very much a player in the Ian Wright mould. Even though he was an Under 17 player a couple of seasons ago he played in the Under 19s and has started the season very well, scoring in nearly every game for Fulham. Signed 'til end of the season for Robins March 08. |

Stuart Harte (DEFENDER) Stuart Harte is a defender/midfield ball winner. At 30, Stuart will add experience to our team. He can play in various positions which will prove important. He was a professional with Bristol Rovers at the same time as Dwayne Plummer and played for Farnborough Town and Aldershot Town in the National Conference. His previous clubs also include Met Police. Matt York (MIDFIELDER) DOB.14/01/79 Signed from Banstead 00/01 where he progressed through their Youth side. He is a solid Midfielder but can hold his own in the heart of Defence too when called upon. A big favourite with the Supporters and the girls he was voted Supporters Player of the Year 02/03 and Joint Players Player of the Year 03/04. Had a brief spell with AFC Wimbledon at the start of the season 05/06, to return to Carshalton in November. Spent time away after 05/06 season to rejoin the Robins Feb 08. |

| Hayden Bird (1ST TEAM MANAGER) At the start of season 1999-2000, Hayden Bird at 27 years old was the youngest Manager in the Ryman League when appointed to head Croydon Athletic. He had previously managed Croydon Athletic's Reserves. Hayden Bird joined the Robins management team, taking over the position of first team coach, vacant since Dave Swindlehurst left the Club in November for Whyteleafe. Hayden has recently been coaching at Leatherhead and Sutton United. Appointed Manager following Dave Garlands departure on 4th Oct 07. |

| Jeff Evans (ASSISTANT MANAGER) Jeff was a creative midfield player who enjoyed success with Sutton United, Redhill, Banstead and Molesey. However, Jeff enjoyed even more success as a coach. Originally working in youth football, Jeff coached a successful Malden Vale team with twelve of the squad progressing onto professional clubs. Of the twelve, Jody Morris, Jason Crowe, Byron Glasgow, Clinton Morrison and Neil Clements have all enjoyed established careers with clubs such as Chelsea, Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Northampton, Reading and WBA. Having spent three years coaching in Spain, Jeff returned to England to work alongside Hayden in coaching the successful Croydon Athletic team that won the League Championship in 2000, won promotion from Division Three to Division One and won the reputation of being an excellent footballing side. |

| Roger Tydeman (RESERVE TEAM COACH) Joined Carshalton 2006 after leaving Sutton United. A very knowledgeable football person who managed junior teams in Selsdon Juniors with his players, such as Nigel Reo Coker (West Ham) and Dean Leacock (Derby) going onto make professionals. | ||
| Vere Walker - (YOUTH TEAM MANAGER) FA Level 3 Qualified. Vere has many years experience in coaching and has been around the non league scene for a long, long time. Specialist Goalkeeping coach at Kingstonian with links at Fulham, QPR & Brentford with a great track record of developing young players. | ||
| Mark Hudson - (Assistant Manager) & Youth Development Director. Mark a UEFA B licence coach was brought to the club in September 07 to support the coaching but to also add invaluable experience to the Management team. Mark was Assist to Russel Harmsworth when at Croydon throughout August early September. Mark was also at Chipstead when they had their epic FA Yth Cup run all the way to a 3rd rnd away trip defeat to Carlisle Utd. |

| John 'JJ' Johnson (KIT MANAGER) D.O.B. 13/10/36 Began his Non-League career at Barking, where over a period of 10 years, he worked his way from the Reserves to the 1st Team and eventually saw out his time with Barking as 1st Team Assistant Manager. He then had spells as coach with Tooting & Mitcham (1 1/2 yrs) when Billy Smith was in the 1st squad, then with Ted Hardy he went to Leytonstone(6 yrs) & Enfield(4 1/2 yrs). He had brief periods with Corinthian Casuals & Whyteleafe before joining Croydon (2 yrs) under Ted Sheppard. His next partner in Management was with Frank Murphy at Dulwich (4 yrs), Hendon (4 yrs) and finally Carshalton. After Frank Murphy left the Robins & Graham Roberts was appointed, JJ was asked to come back to look after the kit which JJ readily agreed. In retirement JJ is as happy as ever and thankful to still have an imput in club affairs enjoying a place on the bench and the goings on inside the sanctity of the dressing room. Outside football, JJ had 28 years as a Production Controller in the Film & TV industry working on projects such as the 'Alien' films staring Segourney Weaver, but his greatest achievement is completing 10 Marathons, the medals for which he keeps at home, are his pride & joy. |

Craig Dundas (MIDFIELDER) DOB:16/02/81 A powerful and tenacious midfield player or striker who joined Ryman Division One South club Croydon in 1998 from local football. Broke through into the first-team ranks towards the end of the 1998/99 season, and made over 150 appearances for the club before switching to rivals Dulwich Hamlet in January 2004. Joined the Robins in October 05 and was voted Player of the Year. Suffered much of last season on the sidelines due to injury. Left November 07 for Sutton United. |
